Any images that you generate using this website are yours for free. You can email them to friends or download them to your hard drive. We include a small credit on each image, but if you want to slice that off, that’s up to you. We do ask you to pay for the production of high-resolution versions of your work, simply because there is a cost (in terms of bandwidth and computing power) associated with that service and by supporting the site in this way, we can continue to maintain and develop it on your behalf.

We reserve the right to use images that members produce in marketing and promotional materials that are associated with this website and with Futurate.

Inappropriate images

This site is meant to be educational and fun for everyone, so please don't create images that might offend. If you consider an image that's in the public gallery to be inappropriate please use the 'report abuse' link (available to registered members only) and we'll examine it. If we agree we'll remove the image and reprimand or remove the member.
